Happy Friday everyone! I hope that it has been a great week for you. The weather the past few days has been amazing (I’m talking near 70s), but I know we are currently in the “spring of deception” season. In fact today it’s supposed to be closer to the 40s, boo. In stead of my usually recap of the week I wanted to share some fun birthday stuff, since it’s my birthday month! Some of the items I have already gotten, and other are on my list.
Milk Frother and Steamer
I am absolutely loving this HadinEEon Milk Frother and Steamer. We have a Ninja coffee maker and on the weekends I like to use the “specialty coffee” setting. Using frothed milk with it really steps up the game. I also have been using it during the week to steam my milk for my normal coffee, which is also equally as tasty.
Picture Frames
I got a few of these frames for Christmas, and I asked for a few more for my birthday. My goal is to make a picture wall similar to what Erin from Simple Purposeful Living did. She has 12 frames displayed, one for each month. Every month she puts a new picture in that months frame, then she keeps the old one to make into a book for the year.
Instant Pot Rings
I asked for these different colored Instant Pot rings. I like to use my instant pot to make yogurt, but also use it make dinners like chicken shawarma or broccoli cheddar soup. The ring can sometimes hold onto the flavor of past meals, which can kind of transfer to the yogurt. With these rings I can designate the blue one as the “yogurt” ring, or use one for sweet stuff.
**Just to note, I included the Amazon link, but I asked mine be bought via the Instant Pot Store. Even thought the listing says they are genuine Instant Pot Store rings, I wanted to make sure they would fit correctly.**
Cheese Grater
I tend to buy bar cheese instead of shredded, and just shred it myself (it melts nicer than bagged shredded). If I am doing a whole block then I use my food processor, but sometimes I don’t need a whole block. This cheese grater will be very helpful in that.
Weight Lifting Gloves
While I am not a weight lifter by any means, I am trying to slowly increase the weight I lift. I have found that my hands have been hurting lately, so hope these gloves will help with that.
Macaron Baking Mat
If you read my blog regularly then you know that I have been trying to perfect making macarons. I like that I can use this mat to help keep the macarons uniform in shape.
And there you have it! I hope that you have a fabulous weekend!
