So a while back I bought a shirt at the Salvation Army with the intent of making it into a Thanksgiving shirt in late October. Well it’s a little late, but I finally got around do doing it! As of now I have only included the .studio file, for this give thanks graphic tee, which is for the Silhouette. I’ve been trying mess around with the file to create an SVG file, but it’s proving to be difficult.
Materials needed
- Shirt
- Siser Easyweed Vinyl (or other HTV)
- Iron/ Heat Press/ Easy Press
- Studio File
How to make the give thanks graphic tee
Start by uploading the file to your studio. Be sure to mirror your image if you will be using HTV.
Use your machine to cut your file out.
Weed it, place it on your shirt, and heat press according to your machine. For the Easy Press I used 335 degrees for 15 seconds.
Peel the carrier sheet, and admire your new shirt!
I love that the shirt is super simple, but still fun. Sorry I didn’t take a ton of pictures, I just really wanted to get this shirt done, plus it’s a pretty easy process. If you wanted a little more in depth instructions you can check out my free fall cut file.
I hope that everyone has a fabulous Tuesday! Be sure to check in tomorrow when I share a simple mulled wine recipe. 🙂
