Well August was certainly a crazy month. What started as me thinking Annabelle would go to school for face to face instruction ended with the district offering remote only. That then prompted me to un enroll her and home school her until face to face becomes available.
To be honest most of August was trying to wrap my brain around figuring out homeschooling (still working on that), and finishing up this free apple unit. so I haven’t really even taken a look at my goals. Oops. Let’s see what happened.
~sew Autumn a dress– nope this didn’t happen
~sort old photos (particularly ones from old blog posts)– didn’t get around to this either~clean my craft room: I did actually clean my craft room. Unfortunately it is messy again, so it would appear I need to work on keeping it clean. Right now I have lots of random school stuff, so I’m hoping once the downstairs playroom is set up it’ll be a little better.~get back to eating healthier: I’ve been eating more veggies and drinking more water so I’ll give myself this one. Could I be better, sure, but I am making an effort.
~post 2 Halloween crochet posts: I did not post my two crochet projects. I finished a little monster and am making progress on the witch (although I will probably make another one with some minor adjustments). I did however share a few different Halloween posts.
And this Sanderson Sisters’ Shirt
~make more progress in play room: we are making progress. The room is cleared out and is primed. Fingers crossed we can paint this weekend! ~play with the infusible ink pens: They are so much fun to use!! I just did something little, but I like them a lot.
So now, let’s move on to my September goals, which given the home schooling situation, is going to be a little lax.
~Create a Fall Festivals Around the World unit
~ Finish the downstairs playroom enough to use it
~ Drink enough water
~ Go to the apple orchards
~ Finish my crochet witch
~ Post the crochet monster
~ Stay sane
Here’s hoping September is a good one!
