Since I shared my June goals so late last month, July crept up on me! Remember I didn’t really come up with lots of goals, so let’s take a look at how my June went.
~Have a “90s” style summer: Yes! We are doing a good job of spending time outside, reading, and just enjoying summer. The girls have watched a little TV, and I am working on limiting my own screen time.~Sign up for summer reading program: I signed the girls and myself up for one~ Create my own summer reading program: You can check mine out here
~Cook/Bake some new recipes: I did do this, but just nothing I put on the blog, since I wasn’t creating the recipes myself.
~Look back at old blog posts and remake to take better pictures: I think I did like one, so I’m not going to give myself this on.
~Do crafts: I have been doing crafts, both ones I put on the blog, and ones that the girls I did just for fun.
I did this fun craft (you can get your free cut file here)
~See how much time we can spend outside (this will continue through the summer, and maybe the rest of the year): So far we’ve logged 58 hours!
Once again I am not going to be splinting my goals up into sections. Until some sort of normalcy occurs (and I have time without the kids up), my goals are going to be nothing huge. But I figured most of you feel the same way, so it’s all good. 🙂
~ Try to get back to scheduling posts (i.e. have them done a day or so early)
~ Get to 100 hours outside
~ Sew something
~ Start planning some fall posts (yes, I know it’s still summer, but Pinterest and algorithms and such mean I have to do this soon)
~ Get the girls to 8 hours read
~ Create another wood sign (or something) using a stencil
~ Stay on top of house work
