**This new and improved Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough is sure to be a hit with young and old. Super soft, it practically melts in your mouth.**
This week has been sort of crazy. Between Autumn being sick since Friday, and Annabelle having winter break the whole week I haven’t had a ton of time to sit down at my computer. When my MIL asked if she could take the girls to McDonlad’s then back to her house to play I quickly responded with yes. As soon as she left I knew exactly what I was going do. Revamp my edible funfetti cookie dough from way back when.
I am trying something new with a jump to recipe button. While I hope people will still read the whole post, I know sometimes you just want to get to the recipe. So here you go (even if I did make you read a little before getting to the button. 😉
JUMP TO THE RECIPE
About a year ago I realized that Pinterest allowed for comments, and as I was reading some of mine, I saw that some people didn’t like how my cookie dough turned out. So I decided to remake it, and you know what… I really didn’t like it either! Not sure if I did something different than what I wrote, but all I knew was that I could do better. So I tried a few versions and was finally able to come up with a tasty one!
I also knew that I have drastically improved my picture game, so wanted to take some much better pictures than my original pin (which is actually still quite popular… not to toot my own horn or anything).
Also, apparently it’s not only bad to eat raw eggs but uncooked flour as well. I had no idea of this when I made my first batch of cookie dough (nor my other edible cookie doughs [like this white chocolate chip one or this peanut butter one]I have on the blog… I supposed I should go edit those). So I wanted to make sure heat treating the flour would totally change the flavor of this edible funfetti cookie dough (good news it doesn’t).
Seriously though friends I was so happy with the results of this cookie dough. My girls are lucky that I didn’t eat the whole batch while they were at Mimi’s.
