So how is everyone hanging in there? Some days I’m on my game, and other days I am not so much. I find cooking with my girls has helped improve my mood over the past few months. Last week one of the things I “baked” with the girls was this edible monster cookie dough.
To start off you you need to heat treat the flour. Simple bake it at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
JUMP TO THE RECIPE
Cream butter and peanut butter
While you are waiting for the for the flour to cook go ahead and cream the butter and peanut butter, then add the milk and vanilla.
Add the sugars
Add the sugars and blend until combined.
Add the flour and oats
Stir in the oats and flour. I actually ended up transferring my dough to my stand mixer since the bowl wasn’t quite big enough.
Add the yummies
Now it’s time to add the chocolate chips and M and M&Ms. As you can see we only had Easter ones left, but that doesn’t make it taste any different.
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
There are so many ways you can enjoy this treat! You can dish it out and eat it with a spoon.
Or you can roll it into balls and pop those babies into your mouth. It doesn’t matter how you enjoy this babies. I hope you love them!
