Quick and Easy Guacamole

With May 5th coming up this Friday, I wanted to share a quick and simple guacamole recipe, because what Cinco de Mayo celebration is complete without guacamole!

If you have never tried to make homemade guacamole, then you need to.  And, if you are looking for a recipe, look no further.  This one is quick and simple!

The ingredients are simple, and the process is easy.  I tend to make this at least twice a month, and it never disappoints. I even included a video at the bottom of the post.

Start by peeling the avocados.

Put the avocados and  garlic into a food processor.

Add cilantro, salt, pepper, and s squeeze of lime juice.

Add tomatoes, and pulse the food processor.

And that’s it!!  How easy was that?!

So, what are you waiting for?? Go to the store and grab the ingredients so you can make some today!
