December Goals {2019} and November Check

How on earth is it already December? More importantly how on earth is it the last month of the freaking decade?! Like I swear, 2000 was not almost 20 years ago. Man oh man, life looks a heck of a lot different than it did ten years ago. That may deserve a post on its own. 😉

At any rate, lets take a look at how I did on my November Goals

BLOG GOALS

  • Write at least one post a week, but aim for two yep! Except I got at least one post written a week, with some weeks two, plus even a three post week.
  • Get better at reading other blogs (I used to do this in the morning, but since Aubrie isn’t sleep through the night yet I’m not getting up early): I have gotten better at reading and commenting on other blogs. I’m not quite where I was but I am making more of an effort to support my friends, as well as find new blogs to follow.
  • Participate in some monthly link parties (like 5 on Friday, and others where we are given prompts): womp womp. I didn’t do so great with this. I really need to sit down and figure out what monthly link parties there are.
  • Get some Thanksgiving posts up: I got many Thanksgiving posts up. From napkin rings, to pumpkin pie, to bourbon pumpkin pie.
  • Plan for December : although not written down yet, I have planned in my head so I’m going to give myself a yes on this,

PERSONAL GOALS

  • Host Thanksgiving : Thanksgiving went great! We all ate and had a blast. In true Danielle fashion I didn’t take many pictures #bloggefail.
  • Continue working out once I get better: once that cold finally left I was able to get back to working out. Though not quite where I want to be (I refuse to get up early since Aubrie is still up once or twice at night), I am still getting at least a little something done.
  • Sew the girls Thanksgiving dresses: I actually only ended up sewing Annabelle a shirt. It turns out both Aubrie and Autumn had dresses I sewed in years past, so I just used them. I really did want the girls to have coordinating clothes, but it didn’t happen this year.

BLOG GOALS

  • post a North Pole Breakfast
  • continue supporting other blogs by commenting
  • start sharing more on Facebook
  • use planner again
  • post at least twice a week
  • IG photo challenge
  • figure out when monthly challenges happen

PERSONAL GOALS

  • bake all the Christmas cookies
  • create a Christmas bucket list
  • take pictures of the girls
  • remember to enjoy the season
  • sew Christmas comfy pants
  • redo jingle bells blocks

Here’s hoping I can knock these all out of the park! 🙂
