One Skillet Sausage and Veggies

Linking up with some Liz and some lovely ladies for the Inspire my Weekend Blog Hop.

I have been meaning to post about this for a while, but life (as usual) got in the way.

One easy meal that I make is One Skillet Sausage and Veggies.  What’s wonderful about this meal is you can change up the veggies, or the sausage.  I have used bulk pork sausage (bought from a Eastern Market, a huge farmer’s market in Detroit), but this time I changed it up.  Meijer had smoked sausage as part of their 10 for $10, get one free sale so I bought a bunch.

This dish is so super easy to make!  I totally thought I had taken more pictures of the process, but apparently not.  No worries though, it’s super easy!

You can really play a lot with the recipe (add hot peppers if you want it a bit more spicy, use turkey sausage), so have fun!

Also, I am still planning on a “All About Me” Link up.  Next week is the goal, so check back so you can link up!
