Sorry it’s been a while since I last blogged. Life got busy the past week. Between Etsy orders
(yay!), doctors and mom’s club stuff I barely had a chance to sit down. Not to mention that Annabelle still hasn’t gone back to sleeping in until 8:30 since the time change.
Last week I took some Christmas pictures of Annabelle to use for our Christmas card. I used the same set up I used last year, and it worked well again.
This is something that is so easy to set up, and makes for cute pictures (for babies and young children). All I did was drape a sheet over two folding chairs (or any chair with a flat back) then wrap small white lights around the sheet and chairs. I draped the sheet so that it also went on the floor.
Now, let me say this. Last year it was much easier to take pictures of Annabelle. She just sat and let me take pictures.
Now that she is older she has starting developing her own personality… one which doesn’t like to sit for picture taking. 😉 I had to take lots of breaks. I also tried something a bit different by wrapping the lights around the chairs first, then draped the sheet over them.
Overall, I am pretty happy with how both sets of pictures turned out. If you like the dress, check out my Etsy page (use code gogreen to get 10% off).
Also, don’t forget next Wednesday is the start of an awesome month long link party! I am joining Our Pretty Little Girls and Happily Ever Mock for a Christmas Extravaganza!
