Happy Friday friends! Not just Friday, happy Cinco de Mayo! If you have plans today be sure you have fun (and be responsible 😉 ). If you are still looking for a good guacamole recipe, check out the one I posted this week, linked below. Have a great Friday everyone!

TWO: Rainy Day Activity
So, the warm weather has left, and now we have the cold and rain. One day Annabelle said that she wanted to “wash her kitchen dishes”. So I pulled on my brave pants, filled some tubs up with soapy water, and let the girls at it. There was water everywhere, but they had lots of fun! Next time, I think it may be an outdoor activity though…
THREE: DETROIT MOMS BLOG
My latest post is up on the DMB. Head on over to check out how I try to stay sane as a SAHM.
FOUR: YUMMY EATS
I made some yummy eats this week. First up were some stuffed peppers. I kinda flew by the seat of my pants, but they turned out great! I hope to post the recipe soon.
I also created some sweet treats. I needed melting chocolate, and had some extra, so I dipped some pretzels. They were delicious. And they were gone in a night. I’ll be sharing the real treat I made using the chocolate next week.
FIVE: NF AWARENESS MONTH
If you’ve read this blog for a while, then you may remember I have Neurofibromatosis, also known as NF. This month is Neurofibromatosis Awareness month. NF is a genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body, and affects 1 in 3,000 people. It is a very complected disorder that can cause many problems. I’ll be sharing daily tidbits on my Facebook page, so be sure you are following me.
