I’m back for another addition of the Kids Behind the Blog! It’s always so much fun listening to what Annabelle has to say for the answers to these questions. 🙂
What’s at the end of a rainbow?
A: I don’t know
Me: well what do you think?
A: I don’t know, what do you think?
Me: Well I’m asking you. What do you think?
A: Umm… I know, candy! Yum, yum, candy! Maybe when we see a rainbow we can go see. OK?Then we can take the candy home
What do you like to do when it rains?
A: Nothing
M: Well, you do something
A: Stay inside
If you found a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow what would you do?
A: I don’t know
Me: Do you know what a leprechaun is?
A: No, what is it?
M: **tries to explain and is met with a confused face**
Tell me three ways you know it is spring time.
A: hmmmm in the spring time there gets leaves. And we go rake, rake, rake.
Me: Well leaves do start to grow on trees, but raking is more fall. What else can we do?
A: hmmmm… we can play outside!
Why do you wear green on St. Patrick’s Day?
A: Cause it’s Patrick’s Day.
What happens if you don’t wear green?
A: I don’t know
M: well what do you think?
A: I. don’t. know. Â What do you think?
**This exchange continued until I called it quits. Â One of these days I should video how she says this, since the phrase is a daily occurrence.**
