Friday Five

1. I haven’t had a lot of time to sew, but I knew I wanted to make Autumn a dress for St. Patrick’s Day. My mom was nice enough to come over to let me sew it.

I’m going to be making both girls some Easter dresses to wear to egg hunts and such, so be sure to check back. I may even try to give you a pattern… so stay tuned. 😉

2. So…. I recently celebrated a birthday. You can check my wish list out here. Matt ended up having to work late, but when he came home he showed up with flowers and my favorite wine. I was a happy girl.

3. In case you missed it, I am a new contributor for Detroit Moms Blog! I am really excited about joining such a great group!! I just finished my first post. I’ll be sure to post a link here whenever I have a post going on there. Hopefully you’ll stop by and leave some love!

4. I recently got a 40% off coupon for a C9 sports bra from Target through Influenster. Since I’ve been keeping up on my working out, I decided I might as well buy a new one. It’s super cute (and way more purple than it looks in the picture.  I want to give it a wash before I use it, but can’t wait to try it out.

5. I finally got my butt in gear and came up with a media kit. It was a little difficult figuring out what to put in it, since my blog is still kinda small (although I am working on changing that).
