Line a 9X13 pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray and then place a layer of graham crackers down.
Put the butter, sugar, and water in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it reaches 285°. You will need a candy thermometer for this.
Once it reaches 285°, remove from heat and stir in salt and maple flavor.
Pour over graham crackers. After a minute sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Wait a few more minutes for the chocolate chips to start melting. Then us a knife and spread the chocolate chips around.
Top with nuts. Wait for about 1-2 hours then break into bite size pieces.
