**This post is sponsored by Stella® Cheese but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.**

Now that Thanksgiving is over it’s time to start thinking about the next big holiday, Christmas!  This time of year is my jam for sure.  Between friends, food, and spreading holiday cheer I don’t know where to start.  One  thing I do know is that every good party has amazing food.  Which is why I created these simple and tasty cranberry cheese bites with candied pecans, made using Stella Cheese.

I love that with it’s rich Italian history of traditional cheese making Stella Cheese makes it simple for me to make everyday dishes gourmet.  With no work at all you can elevate your dishes and impress all your guests.

Making these cranberry cheese bites with candied pecans is so simple!   Start with pressing puff pastries into a greased mini muffin tin.  Then fill each each one up with a slice of Fontina Cheese. Then place a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on top (either store bought or homemade, I’ll give you my recipe).

Bake it for about ten minutes, then take out of oven, and top with candied pecan.

See how simple that was??

These turn out so tasty.  I love how the smoothness of the Fontina Cheese tastes with the tartness of the cranberry sauce. Then the candied pecans give it a just the right crunch you need. I shared these with some friends, and they all agreed it was a winning recipe.

So what are you waiting for?  Be sure to check out Stella Cheese and let it inspire your own holiday recipe!
