I love the holiday season. I mean really love the holiday season. Like Buddy the Elf love (and if you have never seen Elf, rent it or buy it… right now :). Here is the chalkboard I did last year in honor of Elf (and I will probably do the same one this year).
I love the music. I fact I am one of those crazies who starts listening to Christmas music November 1st (although this year the radio station that plays Christmas music still hasn’t started. I’m a bit bummed, but that’s what Pandora and Songza are for ;).
I love the friends, family, and food.
I love the crafts and decorations. Decorating for Christmas is so much fun. I blast the Christmas tunes while a sing, dance and hang the holly (well I don’t really hang the holly). Watching my house turn into a Christmas wonderland brings me so much joy.
I love the snow **gasp**! I can’t wait until Annabelle is old enough to really enjoy playing in the snow. Last year, she wasn’t to sure about it (plus it was bitter cold most of the season).
I love the traditions and joyfulness.
So why am I talking about Christmas at the beginning of November you may ask (well besides from the fact that I love Christmas). I am excited to say that I have joined up with two lovely ladies to co-host a Christmas Countdown Link Up!
