Mix popcorn, peanuts, pretzels, 3/4 cup of M&Ms together.

Melt candy coating in microwave by heating in 20 second increments.

Pour melted chocolate over popcorn mixture.

Pour some sprinkles on and mix.

Dump onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, and sprinkle with some more sprinkles.

Let dry, then break up and place in bowl or snack bags.
