Healthy-ish Monkey Bread

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon leftover cinnamon sugar mix

Method
 

  1. Start by making the dough. Combing the Greek yogurt, flour, and baking powder until a dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough into balls, I made about 15-20 from one recipe.
  3. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a large ziplock bag. Add the dough balls and shake to coat.
  4. Place them into a dish, or create individual dishes by putting them into ramekins.
  5. Melt butter, then mix in honey and cinnamon/sugar. Pour over dough in the dish.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
