Grilled Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Meijer rotisserie chicken
  • 2 15 oz cans no bean chili
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 4-6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Method
 

  1. Remove chicken from the bone and shred.
  2. Mix in chili and whipped cream cheese.
  3. Spread a layer of tortilla chips between to foil pans (lasagna size).
  4. Spread chicken mixture over tortilla chips.
  5. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, onions, and avocado over the chicken. Add jalapenos if desired.
  6. Cover in shredded cheese.
  7. Cook in a grill for 15-20 minutes.
