Easy No Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups mix ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts)

Instructions
 

  • Mix oatmeal and rice krispies in a bowl.  Then add the mix ins.
  • Place the rest of the ingredients (except mix ins) in a pan and melt on the stove.
  • Mix the melted ingredients with the oatmeal and krispies. 
  • Press into a pan that has been lined with parchment paper.  Put in fridge for at least two hours to firm up.  Then cut into bars.
