BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thigh
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1/2 medium diced onion
  • RITZ crackers
  • TRISCUIT crakers

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crock pot.
  2. Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcester sauce and onion in a bowl. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  4. After chicken is cooked, take out of crock pot, shred, and put back in.
  5. Mix, and use on top of RITZ and TRISCUIT.
