Mix the pecans, graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter together and press into a pie dish. Bake for 5 minutes at 375°.
Let crust cool before filling with the pie filling. If needed press down the crust slightly with a measuring cup.
Filling
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into the crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425°. Before putting in oven wrap a thin strip of tin foil around the edge to keep the crust from burning.
Keeping the pie in the oven lower the temperature to 375° and bake another 40-50 minutes. Until it jiggles, not wiggles.
