Ingredients
  • 1pound ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1-2 jalapenos
  • 114.5 oz can corn
  • 114.5 oz can kidney beans
  • 114.5 oz can beef broth
  • 114.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1.5tablespoons chili powder
  • 1teaspoon cumin
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1/4teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef in pot on stove.
  2. Chop onion and bell pepper and add to pan and saute.
  3. Chop the jalapeno. You can leave the seeds or take them out depending on the amount of spice you you want.
  4. Put the rest of the ingredients in (drain the cans) in the pot and allow to come to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese if desired and serve.
