Ingredients
  • 8oz Stella Italian 3 Cheese Blend
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Using a tablespoon of cheese make little circles. Be sure to spread the cheese out so it is not in a mound. If you leave it in a mound the edges will be crisp and the inside will be all gooey.
  3. 4. Bake for 5-10 minute or until the crisps are slightly golden. You want to keep an eye on them as they can go from done to burnt pretty quickly.
  4. 5 . Serve with a dip, or place on your cheese tray and just snack on them.
