I hope that everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving! It’s hard to believe it’s already December 1st. I’ve been busy decking the halls and making Christmas outfits for the girls. My next task is to sew some cute burp cloths for my Etsy store (so stay tuned if you have a new mom in your life to buy for. You can never have too many burp cloths).
Before I share any Christmas fun, I wanted to recap our Thanksgiving. We headed Up North to spend the holiday at the cottage. I brought up all my camera stuff with the intent of taking lots of fun pictures, but that didn’t happen. Here is the only picture I have of the girls together. #fail
I was trying to go for a cute laying together picture, but Annabelle had no desire to work with me. Hopefully she’ll cooperate a bit more so I can get some Christmas pictures.
The main reason why I slacked on the pictures was because I was working on Autumn’s Christmas stocking. I made some progess, but still have a ways to go.
Here’s hoping I can get it done by Christmas Eve.
Thanksgiving was spent watching football (where the Lions won their second game in a row…. maybe we will make it to the Superbowl yet… haha) and eating delicious food.
Friday, as always, my MIL and I baked Christmas cookies. I usually make a ton of cookies, but with w a toddler and infant I was only able to make five types. I’ll be making more throughout the month.
Saturday was a day of hanging out and listening to the Spartans clinch the Big Ten East champions on the radio (no cable= no ESPN and an infant = no going to town to watch the game at BWW).
Sunday it was on the road to head home.
Can’t wait to share all things Christmas soon! 🙂 It really is the most wonderful time of the year.
