I’ve mentioned before that I am part of a Mom’s Club. Over the summer I became co-president. The board gets together once a month to discuss club stuff. We meet at different people’s houses to do this. Yesterday it was mine turn to host. Here are five things I served as snacks.
ONE:
Chocolate covered strawberries. With Valentine’s Day tomorrow, I thought it would be fun to have some yummy treats like this.
They are super easy to make as well! You just need to melt candy coating and dip the strawberries in them (make sure the strawberries have been in the fridge so they are so cold). After drizzle some white chocolate over them.
TWO:
Guacamole. I love guacamole! I keep mine pretty simple. Avocados, garlic, salt, lime juice and a little cilantro. Through it all in a food processor and blend until cream.
THREE:
Peanut butter, chocolate and pretzels. So. Good!
I got the idea from this recipe. I used pretzel twists, and chocolate candy coating. They were quite yummy.
FOUR:
Popcorn, candy, white candy coating = yummy goodnes!
Get the recipe here.
FIVE:
So, the last one is pretty boring. I had out a bowl of chocolate candy. Nothing fancy, just a mix I bought from the grocery store.
