I don’t know about you, but when Wednesday rolls around I start meal planning for next week. Sometimes trying to figure out what to eat is a hassle. I feel like I have the same meals over and over again. I do use pintrest a lot, but would like other options as well. I thought, what better way to come up with a bunch of great recipes than to ask fellow bloggers! So I decided to start the “What’s Cooking Wednesday?” link up.
Each Wednesday I will choose a few recipes I want to feature from the previous link up.
So to start this link up off, I will share a recipe.
Ingredients
*1-2 pounds steak
* ingredients from link below
* orange pepper
* red pepper
* yellow pepper
* zucchini
*8 oz mushrooms
* 2-3 T soy sauce
* 2-3 T oilve oil
* dash salt and pepper
Step One:
**Note: This needs to be done the night before you plan to cook the meat. Marinade your meat. I used this recipe from Taste of Home.
Step Two:
While you prepare the rest of the meal marinade your mushrooms in the soy sauce and olive oil.
Step Three:
Cut up you vegetables and toss with some olive oil. Then add some salt and pepper.
Step Four:
Prepare everything for grilling. We use baskets to grill our food, but you could use skewers as well.
Step Five:
Grill everything and enjoy!
We also had some green beans from our garden. Annabelle was all about playing with them…. eating them though? Not so much.
There you have it! Please, please, please link up!
Would you like to host this link up with me? If the answer is yes, please contact me!
