It’s that time again folks, time for the Five on Friday link up! It’s the day were you blog about whatever five things you want! Feel free to do the same and join the link-up (just copy and paste that button below into your blog post). I join via Darci over at The Good Life.
ONE
Annabelle is now an ambi-roller! She can roll from front to back, and now from back to front! I’m so proud of her!
TWO
Fall pictures! Annabelle had to take her helmet off for a bit (it caused some bruising at the back of her head because of too much pressure… poor baby girl). I used that time to take some pictures of her outside in the leaves. I mean, I’m going to take tons of pictures of her with the helmet, but it’s nice o be able to see her head! It was the first time she ever played with a leaf, and I think she was really wondering what on earth it was!
THREE
Why, oh why, can’t my baby nap for longer than 45 minutes! It happens once in a while, and when it does it is glorious! I feel like the planets and stars all have to be aligned, the temperature needs to be exactly 71 degrees (anyone else get the Elf reference?). It reminds of this sketch by comedian Demetri Martin about trying to get a mail-in-rebate. It’s quite funny, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
FOUR
When I was pregnant with Annabelle, I did a chalk board every week to show my pregnancy progress. I got the idea from Jessica over at Little Baby Garvin. Now that I am not pregnant any more, it has been sitting collecting dust. Until I found a quote on pintrest, and decided that it needed to go on the chalk board, and that the chalk board needed to go in the kitchen. Matt got home from work, and asked “what is the chalkboard doing in the kitchen?” I informed him that as soon as we got the china cabinet moved back, it was getting hung up. He didn’t seem particularly thrilled 😉 I’m looking forward to changing the quote out.
FIVE
I know I mentioned this already, but you can now pin pictures from my blog onto pintrest! It took me a while (and lots of reading) to figure out how to make it work, but I did it! Since it involved use HTML code, and I have (well had, I understand it a bit better now) zero experience with it, I was pretty proud!
Well there are my five things.. what are yours? Hope you have a fantastic weekend!
